Welcome to the online-home for LIFE Ministries. We are glad you stopped by and hope that you will return often.
Our desire is to encourage you toward greater freedom that is available in Jesus Christ. We hope to usher in the very life that our God came to bring.
Let us quickly introduce LIFE. Luke chapter 4 boldly asserts the mission Jesus came to fulfill. This also conveys the heart of LIFE Ministries. After entering the synagogue, he unrolled the scroll (rolled up his sleeves…our addition!), and proclaimed his calling from Isaiah 61.
The Spirit of the Lord is on me,
because he has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind,
to release the oppressed,
to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."
We are the poor.
We are those imprisoned.
We are the blind and oppressed.
Jesus came to bring life where there is death. Hope where there is despair. Freedom where there is slavery. That is the heart of our God and that is the heart of LIFE Ministries. Welcome and may you walk in freedom and life.
